What to include
- A problem with a task: the email on your account, what you asked, roughly when, and what went wrong. The task's title from the sidebar is enough to find it.
- A payment question: the email on your account, the date, the amount and the payment reference from your receipt.
- Anything else: say what you were trying to do.
Please don't send passwords or card numbers. We never need them.
Who you are dealing with
Falef is a Startup Map Hub product. Startup Map Hub sells it and takes the payment, so that is the name your card or bank statement may show.
